• Represent you during the whole process - during the estimating by obtaining 3 estimates, packing, arranging 3rd-party services, and final bill analysis. This means we are available to be on-site!

• Explain every step with you including surcharges, transit protection, policy, and procedures.

• Be at your service until your shipment arrives.

This is on top of:

• We make sure there is a team leader is on-site all day to manage the moving crew;

• Ensure movers are properly equipped and consistently following protocol;

• We pack up last minute items, collect small parts/hardware from furniture, and organize electronics into a set-up box;

• We handle any unforeseen circumstance - think the elevator breaking down, an accident, or a rude neighbour.

• We keep our eyes peeled for any accidental property damage - big or small;

• We supply drinks and snacks to the crew so you don’t have to think about providing a “thank you” gift! Trust us, they don’t want pizza and beer again!
